Can humankind achieve personal, non-mechanical flight only in their dreams?
No, we will also achieve it through the altering of our state of consciousness.

Consciousness is expanding much right now and as this quickening grows
we are coming closer to actualizing this feat of personal flight
with no means other than that of our consciousness.

In the meantime however, there are other ways to approach personal flight.
Some of these other ways are: parachuting, para-gliding, hang-gliding and
with a strong science fiction association, Rocket Belts and Jet Packs.

While these personal flight devices have not been in the
forefront of the media all that much, some staunch
believers have remained to keep this concept alive.

Below I have listed for you enough websites to give you both the historical aspects of it as well as whats going on now, which I am glad to say is
a resurgence of interest on the publics part. That, to me is a good
indicator of the interest we will generate with World Upliftment.

As an inventor and a person who has always loved the idea of human
flight in whatever form, I have long felt a desire to have my own 'Rocket Belt', 
Jet Pack etcetera. Whatever you call these devices they have an incredibly powerful
pull for human beings whom I dare say have an inherant desire to fly.

While these jet pack type flying options aren't what we at World Upliftment are
up to using, they are still such a fun and interesting proposition that we feel
they should be included for purposes of education, inspiration and fun.

It is my opinion that Personal Jet Packs were never developed
to real practical functionality because the government
can't control a flying populace. They are about
suppression and control, not liberation.

66 years old, he has taken on a new challenge, and that is to build an fly his own

whole procedure and is going to write a book on how to build the rocket belt.

most commercial of the rocketman type sites. Human flight as a commerical
enterprise, a gimmick, a sales stunt. A hype option. Well, someone had to do
it and , it does promote the idea of personal flight. Atleast they are doing it safely. Consistently safe flights at that. I'd say "more power to you" to these folks but
really I say "More power to us, so that we again, fly freely through the skies
without mech-anical or any other means than that of our own consciousness.

build a lighter, faster, more economical and longer-flying jet
pack than the original built by Bell Aerosystems in the 1960's"
apparently they have at least built their own. I notice they don't
say if they are going to market them. They perhaps should go to
Mexico and sell it from there eh? If liability laws otherwise are prohibitive.

I have put together a page on people who are using personal flight devices secretly. That is, they did not or are not coming out with their device publicly.
