What a great resource! I really did not get just how many varied types of humanoids were either on or visiting (on purpose or otherwise) our planet till I read through his pages. http://www.geocities.com/the_wanderling/wanderling.html This fellow has put together a lot of great consciousness related material. Plenty to get inspired by. Another person generating their reality who has some knowledge relative to our consciousness and flying. http://www.survivalafterdeath.org/articles.htm A lot of research on the last couple of centuries relative to psychic abilites and science. Plenty of
interesting reading. Get In Touch With Your Breath. There are three basic types of breathing. Thoracic breathing
is done with the rib muscles expanding the rib cage, and is the second type of incomplete breathing. Deep abdominal breathing is the best, for it brings air to the lowest and largest
part of the lungs. Breathing is slow and deep, and proper use is made of the diaphragm. Prana is a subtle energy that pervades every corner of the universe. While we can't see and touch it directly, at least not as beginning breathers, we can do so indirectly, through one of its most obvious physical manifestations and significant vehicles, our breath. Pranayama helps clear and cleanse the body and mind. It is also used in preparation for
meditation to help maximize the benefits of the practice and focus the mind.
More specifically: "...pranayama is the process of expanding our usually small reservoir of prana by lengthening, directing, and regulating the movement of the
breath and then limiting or restraining the increased pranic energy in the body-mind." - Richard Rosen http://www.focalpointyoga.com/pranayam.htm Here is a quick and easy reading overview page on Pranayama's benefits, guidelines and techniques. http://www.yogasite.com/pranayama.htm Here are three of the more common forms of pranayama that most beginners can practice. http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/673_1.cfm The Yoga Journal profiles the pranayama practices of six yoga traditions. Informative and easy to follow. http://www.pranayama.org/ The Pranayama Institute offers simple yet effective techniques of pranayama that can be practiced safely by anyone without guidance. IF YOU ONLY GO TO ONE OF THESE LINKS, GO TO THIS ONE: http://www.angelfire.com/realm/bodhisattva/nine_siddhis.html What are the various powers yogi's, yogini's (female yogi's) and others through the centuries have demonstrated? This webpage has a wealth of information on the Nine Great
Siddhis (powers) as well as eight additional ones. He also has lots more interesting things to read and learn about. The philosophy also, is sound. Siddhis are by-products of concentration. They have nothing to do with
Self-realization. One can perform them and still be "unenlightened". Having these powers (siddhis) can be a great hindrance to spiritual progress if one confuses these
abilities with actual Self or God realization. Thus, we want to keep a firm hold of the reins of the ego. The Siddhis are actually supernormal perceptual states that are
available to all human beings. The famous medium D.D. Home's was not a yogi, yet could do several of these siddhis. Register your premonitions at the Central Premonitions Registry: A premonition is a situation wherein some future event is foreknown or forecast.
In descending order of frequency, premonitions come in the form of dreams, waking thoughts and feelings, waking imagery and sleep-onset (hypnagogic)
imagery. What we tend to think of as our "future" is actually probabilistic, that is, it is not "set". It is always plastic and moldable. We can
make a difference with our premonition abilities/gifts. Some premonitions come so that we may be warned and thus prevent a particular event; the entering into a particular probability. Other
premonitions aren't about prevention so much as preparation. They help us to (mentally, emotionally and spiritually) prepare for coming actions in an event. They
can also serve as a trigger for a new belief say in spirit or psychic abilities where prior there may have been neither. Once we have matured into our abilities and have opened up to a broader understanding of the possibilities and realities that truly exist, we will "know" the
difference between a communication from our Higher Self, that of a guardian of ours, an ET or our father who has passed away.
Usually we need to be open to possibility, the belief in something (such as personal flight) before we can "know" it as a reality. Knowing it as a reality makes believing
in it a moot point. Some of us "know" that personal flight is a reality. Others of us know it as a possible reality, we believe it is possible. Still others do not believe in
personal flight at all and so for them, the possibility and the reality of personal flight is for the most part closed off. Remote viewing is a form of premonition not limited to one time tense, as in
the future only. This form though is the
In 1979, Rita Dwyer, a chemist worked for Morton Thiacol. A co-worker repeatedly dreamt of saving her from a fire. The male co-worker of hers repeatedly
dreamt of saving his co-workers life from fire at work. Now, he did not mention these to her before hand. When the event he foresaw did come to pass he was
already familiar with what the circumstances would be and what actions he'd be able to take to save her and with alacrity he did so. Author, W.T. Stead
, wrote numerous stories and articles predicting that a large ocean liner would sink with the loss of over half on board due to the lack of sufficient lifeboats. W. T. Stead also had an interest in psychic mediums, and he
recorded his visits with them. He received three separate warnings that can easily be linked to A One Event Premonition: David Booth had a dream premonition ten days in a row. The same identical dream each night that kept spelling disaster for one airliner. He did not know which one, what airline or where but he did endeavor to warn about it. With so little information to go on the FAA could do nothing. As it turned out, it was American Airlines flight 191; a McDonnell Douglas DC - 10 that crashed May 25th 1979 physically killing 273 people and becoming the deadliest airplane "accident" (if you believe in such things) on U.S. soil. Multiple Premonitions and Events: Barbara Garwell who is now over 60 years young, has been having premonitions since she was a childhood. She has written a book "Dreams that Come True" (Thorsons). The following url is on Dr. Hearne's page on premonition. He studied her in depth during his research on the subject. His piece on her is two thirds down this page. http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/dreamthemes/page4.html Artist Puts His Dreams Down on Paper: David Mandel (a painter) detailed his premonitions in sketches and paintings that were uncannily similar to photographs that would later appear in the English newspapers about the events he had foseen. In his premonition of the Tokyo Subway Gassing for instance, he stated that it was a gassing, that it was in Tokyo, and would happen on a train. Add to this the fact he stated the gas had a strong smell when ordinarily the nerve agent used doesn't smell at all but on this occasion had become contaminated and so did. He also noted that there would be 100's of leaflets in the train left by the terrorist group responsible and that these would serve to distribute the agent. He also identified those responsible as coming from the hills and having a religious connection. This group it turned out later was part of a doomsday cult that lived in the hills outside Tokyo. http://www.spr.ac.uk/confprogramme.php3?year=2003#Savva_French Man On A Mission:
Premonitionist Chris Robinson out of London England is out to prove not only its existence but its true value to the human race. This man is very
consistent in being accurate with his dreams premonitions. Here is his website: http://dream-detective.com
