Light Board Method/Exercise #1:
Step One: The person to be lifted (the lift-e) lays down flat on their back, arms laid alongside the body with the hands in a vertical position. Step Two:
With two people on each side of the lift-e everyone then chants "light as a feather, stiff as a board" over and over as they concentrate on both gathering in energy and the lift. The lift-e benefits
from this suggestion which is more accurately a 'command'. Step Three: After about a minute the lifters around the lift-e while maintaining the chant each clasps their two hands together, interlocking their
fingers, excepting the two index's which they leave out and press horizontally and parallel against one another. They then push their two fingers gently but definitely into the lift-e as they keep repeating the chant.
Step Four: On the fifth chant after the fingers being placed against the lift-e all five participants intend the levitation occur. Be ready to rise with the lift-e. Put positive belief and intent
behind these actions and the lift-e (light as a feather) will rise into the air with their body stiff as a board. Four Corners Lift Method Exercise #2: Step One: Someone sits on an armless chair while four people
position themselves around the chair, one at each of its legs. Step Two: Have each of the four lifters clasp their two hands together, interlocking their fingers, excepting the two index's which
you have them press horizontally and parallel against one another. Step Three: Each person holding their hands together as described above (horizontally) now places them under
either the armpit or knee location they are closest to of the seated person. Step Four: With the four lifters at their position and as everyone
concentrates on the goals of gathering in energy and the lift, count 3, 2, 1 and lift at the same time. Remember to keep the atmosphere light, even fun. Relax and intend the lift. Hands On Crown Method Exercise #3 (A variation on the Four Corners Lift above) Step One: with one person in the chair, have the four lifters stand at their places around the back side of the seated persons head in a
half moon shape like this o)Step Two: The person to the seated persons right then places their LEFT hand on top of the seated persons head palm down, then the
person to the left (clockwise) does the same until all 4 have their hands stacked on top of the persons head. Step Three: The person who placed the first left hand now repeats
this process but this time with their RIGHT hand. The rest of the group does the same in the same order until they all have their hands stacked on top of the persons head. Keep them there for a minute
while concentrating on your goal; the gathering of energy and the lifting. Step Four: Now, your going to reverse the hand movements from
the process you just did. Slowly and while maintaining your concentration on your aim of gathering energy and the lift, remove your hands one at a time from top to bottom. As your hands come
off their head place them at your side. Step Five: Once everyone has done that, each person clasps their two hands together, interlocking their fingers, excepting the two
index's which you leave out and press horizontally and parallel against one another. Now move to your positions (same as on the Four Corners Lift) at and under the arm pit and knee locations and lift.
Want to surprise folks? Locate the biggest person in the room to pick up and use the smallest people to lift them. Bed Prop Method Exercise #4 A challenging exercise that's not for everyone
Step one:
Stand on your bed or over a soft surface. Slowly bend over at the waist lean forward and extend your arms forward and downwards at about a 45 degree angle in front of you. Now, intend,
feel for, and create an energy beneath your hands that will hold the top half of your body up. For some of you, creating that energy in more detail will help. Give it a size, shape, color, texture etcetera.
When that works move onto step two. If it didn't work lean over more and if you go down that far, plant your hands on top of the pillows or soft surface. Now go to step two.Step two:
Keeping in mind that your hands will and or the energy you created under them will hold you firmly, now lift your legs up one at a time, again holding it that they will be held up. Imagine and
now feel them being held up. If you are unsuccessful start over from a standing position and put more intent behind each movement. If you have been successful thus far now lift your arms
and hands out to the side horizontally. You have successfully levitated. There is nothing stopping you from flying now. That's the next step. Just give yourself permission, believe you are just as able
to do this as the levitation. Yes there will be nuances to learn like how to control your maneuvers, speed etc. The Lotus Drum Method Exercise #5 Preparations: Ahead of time, set a specific goal of how high your willing to go and for how long your going to stay up so peoples
minds don't spin round wondering about what to do, who's going to do it or how it will be done. Appoint one person to be the time keeper. When that time has been reached, and if the Lotus (the
recipient) has not let themselves down yet then the time keeper will utter 'gently down now' as a signal to the Lotus and to those sending them the energy that now our directed intent is for them to come
down gently and softly. The Exercise:
One person, the central lotus, sits down, set themselves up with good posture and then folds their arms one
within the other. With eyes closed they begin to meditate on their twofold goal; bringing in energy, and lifting. The lotus then brings the energy in through the bottom of the spine and thus the kundalini
rod, exciting it. After some time of Being about this, the lotus, sensing there is enough energy, now creates the intent of the desired movements. While the lotus meditates and brings in the energy through their
internal rod (as contrasted to the witch doctors staff) the group of any number of other people are standing or sitting (as a group) around them with thoughts positive as to the goal.
As far as the group directing energy goes you can create it any number of ways. Here are three. As a group you can: #1. Place palms together in front of you and pointed out from you, focused
towards your recipient. 2. Hands together, fingers interlocked with the two index fingers pressing side by side and parallel with one another. Again pointed at your recipient. 3. Hands at your side, eyes
closed, energy sent through third eye to recipient. What's most important here is not the form
but the intent and free belief in this aim of levitation. So, now everyone is directing their positive beliefs and energy to the central lotus (the recipient) while the lotus meditates and activates
their pineal gland and kundalini rod. The group members, each in their own time is beginning to generate their connection to spirit and come together psychically as a group. As this goes on the lotus will
have more and more energy with which to levitate by. As we grow in confidence of our capabilities and of the support, even love of All That Is we will be able to let go of our crutches,
props and fears to then perform these feats on our own. That is the goal. We will always though, have times of using our psychic, really our natural abilities with others spontaneously as well as in groups
and organizational structures.
A variation on the Crown on Head Method. Here 2 to 4 people lay their right hands upon the subjects head. The next person clockwise does the same and
so forth till all of you have your right hand upon them. Then start with your Left hands and do the same. Next, apply a fairly light but obvious pressure
downwards for about 1 minute, then everyone lift their hands off the subject but stays focused on sending their energy and the energies all around you
towards the subject. Mentally say the word 'rise', and if you wish add their first name. With the group and them being willing and positive about their
raising you can expect favorable results. Like most things practice helps.
In the Bed Prop Method, as you lean over, intend, feel for, and create an
invisible energy beneath your hands that will hold your front half up. The next picture has the rest.
Step two, is to crouch slightly and kick your legs out from under yourself while planting your hands upon that invisible energy you created. As you can
see in the picture above, the arms are now holding the same function as the yogi's stick or rod that serves to bring in the energy necessary for the
levitation. It is a step on your way to flying but keep in mind that it is, literally a crutch, a mental one we use until we grow into the belief that we
can bring the energy in without the prop. Your next move is to get to where you can raise your arms out to the side. Once you've got that your just about
ready to fly. Congratulations on your successful levitatation. Nothing stopping you from flying now. That's the next big step. Just give
yourself permission, believe you are just as able to do this, as the levitation. You are not doing it alone, you literally have the support of All That Is in
doing this. Yes there will be nuances to learn as well as just plain how to control your maneuvers, speed etc. and that is just on the physical side.
Internally you will be addressing limiting beliefs and fears that have prevented you thus far from flying. This girl however, is well on her way!
Directing the energy is very important. Notice this group is not laying their hands on or above the head. Notice also that they are interlocking their fingers as they direct the energy with the two index
fingers.
Directing the energy within and around her UP!
As children we have fewer limitations already set up in our psyche. We are much more free to accept levitation and flight as a reality. In this picture we
are seeing the results of this as it is the kids pure energy (untainted by the adult world view) that allows them both to jump up and remain levitated.
Meditate upon your own child like innocence. Children oftentimes don't know what is and is not possible. That is, they have not been programmed with our limiting beliefs.
